In a brutal and horrifying incident that has shocked Germany, a 13-year-old girl in Heide, Schleswig-Holstein, was subjected to severe physical and psychological violence by a group of teenagers, according to a report by “trends72.xyz” based on a video footage that captures the disturbing events.
The video depicts several teenagers beating and tormenting the crying girl as she struggles to breathe and pleads for them to stop. One of the attackers flicks cigarette ash onto her head, and another pours cola over her. When the girl tries to stand up, one of the tormentors shouts at her to sit down and continues to berate, threaten, and spit on her. The attackers even burn the girl’s hairband and butt out a cigarette on her cheek. The video captures only a five-minute excerpt of the torture, which went on for several hours, according to the girl’s mother.
The incident, which occurred on February 21 between Güterstrasse and Bahnhofsgang in Heide while the girl was on her way to school, only ended when a passerby intervened and rescued the victim. The girl’s mother expressed gratitude to the Good Samaritan, who saved her daughter from further harm.
The victim remains in a day clinic, and the police have confirmed the incident and launched an investigation into the matter. The authorities have identified six female suspects, aged between 13 and 16 years old, who face charges of grievous bodily harm and theft. The investigation is ongoing, and some of the individuals involved have yet to be questioned.
The incident is reminiscent of the tragic fate of Luise, a young girl from Freudenberg whose murder in 2019 shook the entire nation. The Heide incident underscores the urgent need for society to address the issue of violence among young people and take effective measures to prevent such horrific incidents from happening in the future.
