The Johor police acted swiftly, and the couple was apprehended for their indecent act in public. The incident occurred in Taman Kota Masai, Pasir Gudang, Johor, on March 29, around 3 pm. However, it only went viral two days ago, and the police confirmed the incident last night (April 6).
The couple, a 22-year-old man, and a 17-year-old girl, who are both locals and have no prior criminal records, were taken into custody. The police confiscated a red Perodua Axia and a PBSM t-shirt. The case is now under investigation under Section 377D of the Penal Code, which carries a possible jail time of 2 years.
